Good to know before you order.

Will I see the design before it's engraved?

Yes. Felicia sends a free proof first, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.

How long does it take?

Most orders are ready in about a week after you approve your proof. Need it for a date? Put it in your order and Felicia will tell you right away if it can be done.

What can you engrave?

Almost anything that can be laser engraved: wood, slate, hats, ornaments, signs, and more. If you have something in mind, send your idea and Felicia will tell you if it can be done.

Can I send my own design or logo?

Yes. Send a photo or file and Felicia will turn it into an engraving.

How do I care for my cutting board?

Hand wash and dry it right away. Rub it with food-safe mineral oil now and then to keep the wood happy. No dishwasher.

Can I return a custom item?

Because every piece is made just for you, custom items can't be returned. That's why you approve the proof first.

Do you ship or offer pickup?

Ask Felicia in your order and she'll let you know the options for where you live.
